Terms of sale

Article 1: Purpose These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between [Your company name], hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", and any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer", wishing to make a purchase on the website [Your website URL], hosted on the Shopify platform.

Article 2: Acceptance of the GTC The Customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, these GTC and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.

Article 3: Products The products offered for sale are those appearing on the Seller's website, within the limits of available stock. Each product is accompanied by a description established by the Seller. The catalogue photographs are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.

Article 4: Prices Product prices are indicated in euros including all taxes (TTC). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of order validation.

Article 5: Order The Customer can place an order on the Seller's website. The order will only be considered final after confirmation by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to payment of a previous order.

Article 6: Payment Payment for purchases is made via Shopify Payments, which accepts credit cards, PayPal and other secure payment methods offered on the site. Payment is secured by an SSL encryption system.

Article 7: Delivery Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicated for information purposes only and may vary depending on product availability and delivery services. In case of delivery delay, the Customer may cancel the order in accordance with legal provisions.

Article 8: Right of Withdrawal In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for return costs. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.

Article 9: Warranties All products supplied by the Seller benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects. In case of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned to the Seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.

Article 10: Liability The Seller cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract concluded in case of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike particularly of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood, fire.

Article 11: Intellectual Property All elements of the Seller's site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the Seller. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any capacity whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether they are software, visual or audio.

Article 12: Personal Data The nominative information collected from the Customer is necessary for the processing and management of orders. In accordance with the law, the Customer has a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data concerning them.

Article 13: Disputes In case of dispute, the Customer will first contact the Seller to obtain an amicable solution. Failing that, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
