Refund policy

To process a return, you can contact us at the following address: lalettre@ciceronparis.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Cicéron, 10 rue de Saintonge 75003 Paris. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and remedy it.

14-day Reflection Period in the European Union
Not with standing the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will inform you as soon as we have received your return, and we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
